Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your Happy + Co goods, but should you need to return or exchange them for any reason at all, here’s all you need to know:
OUR RETURNS POLICY
-You can return or exchange your order within 30 days from the receipt of your goods, but please send your items unworn and in the original packaging to the address below.
-Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number stating whether you want to exchange or refund your order.
- We aim to issue a full refund within 4 days of receiving your goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original delivery fee.
- For all furniture returns, there is a £40 fee. Please contact us directly should you want to return any furniture so we can help to arrange pick up.

TRACKING YOUR RETURN
Returns usually take 2 to 5 working days to reach us and we aim to have them processed within 4 working days of the date of receipt. We recommend using royal mail tracked and signed delivery service to track the return of your parcel.
